Sweep Interview with HK renowned Visual Artist Fiona Wong, giving more prospective on stage design.
Sweep, a brand new 2016 milestone in Chen Kai's Classifiable Movement series focusing on rolling movement. Body movements and stage designs are kept nearest to the level of the ground, a very fresh visual angle for you to feast the contemporary dance performance.
Sweep, as a piece of pure movement, went through the exploration of consecutive movements of rolling and writhing. An awakening enlightenment of the work is to reveal the embedded meaning of endless ups and downs in life emerged originally from the pure movement of rolling.
